Students/Residents- All students and residents must submit a
signed letter from department chair on the same day as they
register. Students who do not submit a signed letter will
be charged the higher registration fee.
Conference Fees include: admission to all lecture and poster
sessions, lunches on Thursday & Friday, lunch on Saturday (if you
are a member of the ISMR), Welcome Reception on Wednesday night, all
AM and PM breaks.
Conference Fees do not include: Accommodations,
workshops (Saturday or Sunday), accompanying guest/s, banquet
(Thursday) and Social Outing (Friday) |

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to Sept 1, 2008, if requested in
writing, registration fee will be refunded less a $75 administrative
cost. No refunds after Sept 1, 2008
