Pre & Post Meeting Accommodations-
The group rate will be extended for stays three (3) days prior to Arrival Date and after Departure Date. Extension/Early arrival outside of the group block is subject to availability of rooms.

Reservations-
Rooms are limited and based on first come first serve. Make your reservation ASAP! Delegates are responsible for individual bookings.

NOTE: Our group hotel room block will be released August 22, 2008. Any reservations after that date will be subject to availability at the best available rate.

Cancellations-
Any cancellation that occurs within 14 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a penalty equivalent to one night room charge and will be billed and charge to the Individual Guest Account or Credit card guarantee.

Any no show or cancellation that occurs within 7 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a penalty equivalent to the entire stay room charge and will be billed and charge to the Individual Guest Account or Credit card guarantee.

Arrival & Departure-
Check-in time is 15:00 hours on the date of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 hours on the date of departure.
